Our Services

We provide person-centered counselling and somatic breathwork services. All practitioners are fully qualified and adhere to professional standards and ethics. While we strive to provide beneficial services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from therapy or breathwork sessions.

Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system
• 24 hours notice is required for cancellations
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• Payment is required at the time of booking

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information about their health and wellbeing
• Attend sessions at the scheduled time
• Engage respectfully with practitioners
• Maintain confidentiality of group sessions if applicable

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and effective services, we cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
